#Igot5onit99 | Day.46

Today was another successful day

As mentioned in my previous post, today I set out to complete my “Level Up” challenge as my exercise regimen for the day.  I completed:

45 Push-Ups!

45 Squats!

45 Calf Raises!

It is surreal to have just stepped into March (Happy Born day big bro!) & see my countdown hitting the halfway mark this weekend. It is definitely about the journey, because I feel like yes, I will be stronger by day #99, but I have been working on my resolve and opened back up my mindfulness and creative thinking.  I feel bursts of motivation through the day to work-out, or complete a project, work on activities for my baby girl, and to write.  Granted, I am at work most of the time & pooped by the time I get home, cook, clean, etc.  But the fact that it is back, I am confident I can begin harnessing it soon as I take advantage of my elongated weekends & ultimately am able to transition out of work permanently!

The amazing thing about any journey you take (whether personal, spiritual, physical), the little trinkets you pick up along the way are what truly make the difference.  I am thankful that I answered this inbound call & began this journey towards self-discovery.  And being able to look back on it by blogging about random thoughts, memorializing pieces that could have slipped through my memory file cabinet, and sharing emotions will make all the difference.

  • 610 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 610 squats
    • 165 seconds holding seated squat
  • 330 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 110 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 375+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 270 calf raises
  • 190 minutes of deep breathing (+20 for the “Level Up #3)
  • 20 minutes of stretching
