#Igot5onit99 – Day 39

Yes, got in my workout! 

I am still working on getting back to doing it first thing in the a.m., it is just taking me longer to adjust to this new schedule & I am struggling getting the work done first thing.  What helped today, is getting them done in pieces.  I did my squats before I took a nap, did my push ups & calf raises in-between reading baby girl her books tonight, and finished the rest afterwards.

Man, the way I have been feeling, I may need to take a PG test at the end of this month, because there has only been one other time I felt & experienced all of this.. let’s just say my baby girl was born 8 months later!

Anyway, I have not been on top of my monthly book reading like I want to – so I am aiming to finish the book this weekend.  So, for next month, I am going to read a book that relates to my business, so that to also support this class – I can be doubly motivated to get the reading in.

  • 500 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 500 squats
    • 90 seconds holding seated squat
  • 300 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 90 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 350+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 150 calf raises
  • 170 minutes of deep breathing (+20 for the “Level Up #3)
  • 5 minutes of stretching (NEW!)
