#Igot5onit99 | Day 33! | 33.333% Complete

Working on my workout now as I type this.  


There have been many ups and downs, but I am grateful to have already come so far.  Still feeling a bit under the weather, but the only symptom I have had all day is fatigue.  I legit knocked out for 3 hours when I came home from work.  Baby girl had my back and slept right along with me for the win!

I am finding it increasingly more difficult to stay motivated to do my exercises.  I find that having been sick, waking up later, along with an earlier work schedule has forced me to push my workout later in the day, which I inevitably push back to later in the night, and I cannot seem to break this cycle.  

But alas, I am still trucking on, still have my three-day weekend ahead of me, and have a roof over my head, a belly full of food, baby safe in bed, and mahal ko waiting to warm me while we Netflix 2 snooooze.  So I am grateful & still pushing!

Day 33 = Successfully completed!

Totals for day 33/99:

  • 425 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 425 squats
    • 65 seconds holding seated squat
  • 250 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 65 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 320+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 160 minutes of deep breathing (+20 for the “Level Up #3)
  • 75 calf raises
