#Igot5onit99 – Day #27

Uh oh!

I woke up this morning feeling the beginnings of sickness 🙁  Headache, sore throat, phlegm when clearing my throat.  Also, I have been SUPER tired these past couple of days, like almost falling asleep at work tired :/

So, I got my workout in, but I am also trying to get some rest tonight since I have several things to take care of before I can come home and chill… well, chill as much as one with an energetic baby girl can!

Making some tea now to wash down this clove of raw garlic I will also be chompin on.. I DO NOT want this sickness, stay away, stay away!

Day 27 = Successfully completed!

Totals for day 27/99:

  • 335 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 335 squats
    • 35 seconds holding seated squat
  • 210 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 35 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 240+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 135 minutes of deep breathing
