#Igot5onit99 Day#26

I added up my totals already from today even though I am jumping on it as soon as I finish this post.  

Last Night

So for yesterday, I made the decision to focus on my squats & give my wrist a rest – so I did my squats & stepped back from the upper body.


So this evening, while throwing away a diaper in the trashcan we have outside on the balcony, I step backwards into the house and BUST my ankle & heel REALLY hard into the heavy door.  I legit saw my baby and fiance give the same worried look through my pursed eyes.  I had to sit down for a solid 5 minutes and even still, the throbbing still continued.  Thankfully it did not pierce the skin, but as I look now, it is pretty swollen.  So, it looks like today – I will forego the lower body and just focus on the upper body, essentially flip flopping what I did for yesterday.

It is so funny how things work out.  Although I wish I could have maintained both work outs on both extremities, it seems my body has forced me to slow down JUST a little bit.  All just in time for this weekend’s “Level up” challenge.  I hope my social media folks take it easy on me :/

Well, let me go and complete this work out real quick & then come back and do my next post re: my hair journey…

  • 330 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 330 squats
    • 35 seconds holding seated squat
  • 205 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 35 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 235+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 130 minutes of deep breathing
