#Igot5onit99 | DAY 24!

Ahhh, another great day!

Warm California weather…

Only had to work several hours…

Got to spend good time with the family…

Got my workout in…

Stayed hydrated…

Family are all doing relatively well…

Made some amazing veggie coconut curry over brown rice today…

Workout = Completed this a.m…

Checked into my class and received some awesome feedback and support from my classmates on my posts.

Day#24 was  a success.  2.7.18 = Complete

  • Most Difficult:  The first 5 “real’ pushups.  It is the first exercise I do, and it was definitely more difficult today
  • Currently Feeling: Good, I extra hydrated today, took a (too long), nap.

Totals for day 24/99:

  • 315 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up” #1)
  • 315 squats
    • 30 seconds holding seated squat
  • 195 plank rotations (+20 for the “Level Up #2)
    • 30 seconds holding forearm plank
  • 220+ seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 120 minutes of deep breathing
