
Today was a great day! Got to spend the entirety of the morning and most of the afternoon with my baby. Granted, we both woke up pretty late… but still! Not having to go to work was everything. Now, I just have to wait and see how I adjust to going in earlier the rest of the week :/
Got to check in on big lil (my big sis), and she seems to be doing well and she is doing an amazing job with pumping. Hopefully, little man will be on schedule with his growth charts as he gets closer to his “term due date.”
Getting the workout in was a bit of a struggle, because I pushed it off until late. I think I am starting down a bad road where I am getting into the habit of pushing it until the VERY end of the day, I have lost almost all of my motivation, but just force myself to do it. That is a little too close to the edge for me, knowing myself and that I can easily slip into an “acceptable reason” (it’s not an excuse I will tell myself…) as to why I was unable to get my workout in. I already see how I am slowly turning towards that on these days I do not get the workout in until the last minute. Not good, not good. I mean, I did not even check in with my accountability partners. Fortunately, I still completed it, but I need to do better and get back to jumping on it as soon as I first wake up! Here is to doing that tomorrow!

- Most Difficult: Yoga pose, much more attempts today than these past few weeks
- Currently Feeling: A little sore in my lower back.
