#igot5onit99 | Day 17

Today was a bit of a struggle, but the day ended well and I finally got to see my sister.  She is doing better and my heart is lighter.  I love that woman and look forward to helping out when she is back home.  Got everything done today that needed to be completed regarding my exercising, results below.  I should be back to my regular posts tomorrow.  For now, I rest

Day#17 was  a success!  1.31.18 = Complete

  • Most Difficult:  Just getting started
  • Currently Feeling: Stressed, slight headache, back pain it was a long … long day.

Totals for day 17/99:

  • 210 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up)
  • 210squats
  • 125 plank rotations
  • 125 seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)
  • 85 minutes of deep breathing
