#igot5onit99 | Day 12

I. Did. Not. Want. To. Wake. Up!

I almost shot myself in the foot today, I neared the tipping point of saying, welp – it’s too late, I do not have time to do my workout and be to work on time.  But, I pulled myself together and got it done.  Surprisingly, I was actually able to hold the Tittibhasana pose for 16 seconds today! That is the longest in a long while:

I am happy with the progress and the ease in which I was able to speedily complete my morning work-out session!  Making some food for baby girl and a few dishes for us (will post later on) – then getting to sleep early so that we can head out to meet a friend a couple cities over. 

Day#12 was a success!  1.26.18 = Complete

  • Most Difficult:  Getting myself up, tired again today 🙁  
  • Currently Feeling: I am actually pretty hungry, hence the short-length of this post!

Totals for day 12/99:

135 push-ups (+2 for the “Level up)

135 squats

75 plank rotations

75 seconds holding yoga pose (Tittibhasana)

60 minutes of deep breathing
